Ripoff deceptive company the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us

I went to look at the house they had for rent, the agent showed us around we filled out a form to rent the house. A few days later was told the house was ours if we wanted it. So we took it.

About a month after moving in a knock comes to our door, its the agent with some people asks if he could show them the house as they where selling it, They failed to tell us this before renting to us, if they had we wouldnt have rented the house. Housing is very scared around here. So we where trapped.

Well as time went on, Winter came and there was a problem with the heater not working right (heat had to be up to 80 to get the house at 69) and the siding on the side blew off. Called the landlord for repairs, never happened. Summer came and the house sold, (repairs still not done) front steps railling went bad and the toliet in the main bathroom broke. Called for repairs again nothing.

I talked to the new owners about the shop they had on the side and I wanted to open a auto shop there, they said that was fine they didnt care because they where going to tear everything down next year to build a Amish shopping mall. SO I opened the shop.

Well within the same month Dutchland called complaining about the shop, because they wasnt getting no extra money for it, as the owners of the property said I could use it for free. Well I end up closing the shop because dutchland and the owners where having a confict so it would be easier on them.

Well I then got a letter stating a to leave the house due to non payment of the rent. (me and my wife was having a problem and she moved out, she didnt pay the rent at all I didnt know that) So I called their office explained what had happen and I asked if I paid everything in full within 2 weeks could I keep the house, they said yes. Well 3 days later the owner of Dutchland came to my house and said he wanted me out within 24 hours, I told him I had already spoken with his office about and they gave me 2 weeks to pay or leave.

I had to go to his office sit down as he called in the people I talked to where they said yes thats what we told him. He was fine with it then. At that time I asked about the repairs on the house he said to get paid up on the rent and he would, even wrote himself a note. So I paid the full back rent. Still no repairs. Paid the next three months and still no repairs.

They dont care about the house just the money. Needless to say I did find another place to rent from So i left them and they dont know why no one will rent from them SO beware
