Keeping their semi wouldnt I be in JAIL!

This company has made it very hard for me to get another job by stating I kept their vehicle.

I had made a deal to go on vacation at Christmas and they needed me so I worked through then went on vacation after I finished that run until 1-11-08 then called in to see what was next they said I was fired for non comunication and they needed their truck back I offererd to bring it and that was ok so it was set then when I was unloading and cleaning the truck I got a call from perkins telling me that I was no longer on the insurance and they would pick the vehicle up I not only cleaned the vehicle but left them with a full fuel tank.

During my course of working with this company I made 42,000 dollars in appx. 4 months time seeing only 6000.00 of this my family has suffered a great deal and so have I.

I had set up a tax fund and maintence fund with this company was told that it would be 45 days and I would get that money back still haven't seen it.
