My car was involved in a hit and run. I took my car to the body shop and put a claim in to my insurance. I have very very good insurance that allows me up to $50.00 a day rental. Well when I first went to the rental lot all they had was 3 cars to choose from. I first took a Nissan Murano. That car ended up wasting more gas then my Expedition.

I explained to them I needed a car that would fit my 3 year old son and my 80 year old grandmother whom I care for that uses a wheel chair. So after having to add gas almost daily I asked for a smaller midsize car. They told me that they did not have anything available except a chevy colbolt.

So I asked to be placed on a waiting list for a larger car and explained to them I thought something was wrong with the vehicle I had and that it waist more gas then my V8 Expedition. The finally called me at work and said they had a Maxima. I said okay please hold it wen I got off work I went to puck it up only to find that the trunk of the car did not open.

So back to the Murano i went. So a few days later I got another call that another maxima had just came in. So i went there again after work. I was so busy trying to exchange my son and make sure I got all of my stuff and get out of there because they were closing. The lady did not do a walk through she just checked the gas and gave me the contract and said to sign the (x's) which I did without asking questions (bad mistake on my part).

So today I went to pick up my car fron the shop and I noticed that a few scraped where on the bumper that I know were there when I got the car and I had the body shop remove them for me just so I wouldnt have any problems. Well I go to drop off the car and the lady says Oh wait there is a small dime size ding on the door. I was like are you kidding me.

I didnt do that and Im not going to be responsible for that. So they said they will file a report whatever that means. Now Im just waiting to see what they are going to come up with next. I explained to them they did not do the walk through with me nor was the contract explained to me and the Asian lady could care less and just walked away from me being very very rude.

I will NEVER and care to NEVER do business with this company again. How do I know that this ding was not on the car before? How do I know if I am not the first one to have this problem with them? This is so BAD and crule of them to do to people. I had such a bad gut feeling that they would try and do something to me.

Oh well what do i do now? These people are hard to deal with and dishonist. The ladt never did a walk through and she lied to my face and my witness face today by saying she did. Its amazing how you have to have a 4 year degree to work there and then you get treated like this from them. Thank god I didnt give them my credit card information. Never doi business with them go to which is right down the street.
