Defective Fuel Tank on F-450 Truck

Bought a new f-450 truck in March. Paid extra 6000 for the 6.0 Powerstroke engine. No complaints untill Dec. 2009. Truck lost all power and was sluggish. Took it into repair shop. Told me the lining in the fuel tank was flaking off. Needed to replace fuel tank, fuel pump, and all 8 injectors because of this contamination. Not a cheap fix,
Aprox $ 6000.00 Ford says it is not their problem
