Sent my wife to get a simple oil change she clled me to say our truck is in bad shape

Sent my wife to get a simple oil change and she called me to say that our truck is in bad shape. I told her to wait until I get there. The mechanic proceded to bring out the dip stick and show it to my wife saying that the transmission fluid had been overfilled.

He also said that the differential grease had turned to powder and he showed to me on a piece of paper the powder.

I told the mechanic to cash us out that we were not buying anything. After arriving home I checked the transmission to find it right on the money and checked the differential to find that it had fluid in it and not powder but it was low and they did not fill it.

They also charged for an extra one half qt. Of oil on a 5 qt. System. They claim it took 5 and one half qts. When I asked for the owners name and phone no. They gave me his name but refused to give me the corporate no.
