Fcci Insurance Group. The Oil Change that Destroyed my Engine

On 4/19, I had an oil change done. I paid 60.00 for synthetic 5w30 oil. A couple of days later my engine began knocking, I called Big 10 and told them this. They told me to bring the car back. I took it back the followin wednesday. The manager (Sean) told me to take the car to a shop who specializes in Engines. I did and the told me that the connecting Rod bearings appeared to be bad due to lack of lubrication. We emptied the oil that Big 10 put in my car and it was like a red wine colored fluid. I called Big 10 and they files a claim after Sean realized that something had been done wrong. Fcci insurance group then followed up with me about the Claim. They denied my claim cause according to the I drove the car. Now I have no car. They were supposed to sen an adjustor to look at the car while it was at the shop and no one showed up. The mechanic at the engine shop had to take the car of the ramp and then they decided to show up almost two weeks later after the car had been put back toguether and I had paid 250.00 to the mechanic. They picked up a sample of the oil and found out that it was regular oil. My car only uses synthetic. They destroyed my engine and have left me to struggle to get to work and take my 2 year old to the doctor or even daycare. It will cost well over 3000.00 to repair my car and they have left me to dry. Thanks Big 10 Tires and FCCI Insurance group for screwing my means of transportation and my life up.
