FCCI Insurance Group FCCI Insurance Group Attempt to Get My Personal Medicare And Identity Data

In December I received a letter by regular mail from FCCI Insurance Group of Sarasota, Fl. Requesting my Medicare Claim Number, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Sex: Male or Female, and if I was, or had been enrolled in Medicare A or B. Also, FCCI stated if I did not provide this information I might be violating my obligations as a Medicare beneficiary and Medicare might not pay my claims correctly and promptly.

I have never had any Medicare or other insurance thru FCCI, and never will. I am retired from 30 years of Federal Service, have Federal Medicare, filed thru the Federal Government.

This is an attempt by FCCI to get the above data for possible use in Medicare fraud, scam, con. FCCI is an international company and could use this data in any part of the world. I am also a retired medical doctor and if I had gicen FCCI the above data they requested they would have enough data to start to obtain my medical license number, etc., and submit bogus bills to Medicare, and to get into my bank accunt, credit cards, etc.

I asked US Representatve Tom Rooney his opinion, and he gave me a long list to notify including FBI, etc., which I did. I received returned receipts from the letters, but have not heard of any actions any notified have taken.

FCCI is the liability insurance group for Air Now HVAC of Sarasota and Bradenton, Fl. I filed a complaint about on 03/11.
