Unsecure tow, unethical company scamming on good people to make a dolla

My truck was not properly secured to the tow truck upon removal. My vehicle was dragged approximately 50 from where it was parked 'illegally'. The tow truck driver blocked me in so I could not leave. I was really just parked in front of the garage to drop something off through the garage. I was told it would cost $180 to have my vehicle released from their lot, but was charged $220 and was told that if I did not want to pay said amount, I could pay for another towing fee, storage, mileage, dolly use, etc. Totally $300 plus.
