Do not do business - shipping

I am an internet shopper and I have bought all my furnitures from Internet and automatically worked with lots of shipping company. I know drivers get sick, trucks fail while in the rout, many many reason can come up for late deliver and I understand that. But this one tops everything els. My furniture was picked up late by one month, which was not too bad, delivery was supposed to happen within 30-60 days based on their contract that they gave me after I paid them in full. That did not happen 3 months passed, Call after call, They Said they will deliver that by june 18. (this is 3 months after the 60 days delivery). On june 12 I call them and they say we can get it to you by June 18 if you give us another 125. Oo

I got a little upset and told the person, you have promised me delivery 90 days ago and now I have to pay you extra, I raised my voice as well. Then he started calling me. B..., f... S..., some combination that I had not heard before. So all I told this guy was " is this the highest level of your communication for the business you are running and that is all you are educated for? And I hung up. My husband was very upset that this person had insulted me and he called back and they were very rude to him as well and said they will send the chairs but they don't know when that is going to be here!!!

I hope to see these chairs one day. But really Be aware... Even if it is a little more expensive to do business with a company that is known, it is better than being tricked and insulted and not getting your furniture.
