Bad Customer Service, lies about arrival of merchandise

I first tried Wow furniture last year when I needed some chairs to go with my table. I was told the chairs would be arrive in 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks turned into 3 months. I was the one who had to keep following up on what was going on. Most of the time I had to show up to the store. They rarely ever answer the phone. When they do nobody knows what's going on. I found out they were out in the warehouse. All they had to do was call the manufacturer and find out a date instead of giving me the run arounds.By the way they don't have a computer either. What updated business doesn't have a computer?

Recently I needed a bedset for my daughter and tried them again, just because they do give you good deals. Well once again I was told 2 weeks for arrival. It was almost 2 months before my furniture arrived. Well I was set for delivery on a Saturday, but they postponed it to Tuesday. They didn't want to admit that my furniture really wasn't in. Delivery day arrived and my delivery time was from 5-7P.M. I hadn't heard from anyone and it was 6:30P.M. Finally I was able to reach someone at the store. I found out my mattress was not in, but everything else was. They had all day to call and tell me this. Nobody ever gave me a call. I told them to go ahead and deliver the furniture anyway. Guess what time the delivery people called? 9P.M. Who the heck delivers at those hours? Guess what else? All of my furniture was not in the truck like the owner Tim said. Why didn't he tell me everything was not on the truck? His excuse he thought it was in there. (Didn't hear that excuse until the next day.) The delivery people did not show up until about 10P.M. Then they didn't have my brackets for the bed.
Wednesday they delivered my mattress set and brought some brackets that were not even the right ones. Meanwhile I called to talk to Tim and was told he should call back in 2 hours. That never happened and I had to do a follow-up. He should have been jumping to call me, but seems like he was avoiding calling me. I asked about the other pieces of furniture that he lied and said was on the truck. He claimed it should be in this weekend. I told him I need an exact date. Seems like he doesn't know what is going in or out of the trucks.
