Didn't give us what we won. Ripped us off for 7 dollars to test drive a car. Didn't reimburse

We got a come on in the mail from red bluff ford to win a new truck. We knew better than that. But the come on said we were guaranteed to win something. We were not doing anything on may 25, so we hoped on into the dealer. We each won an mp3 player. Okay, so get the handle—grandma! Thought the grandkids would enjoy these things. Then we wanted to take a test drive. They didn't have any gas in any of their cars. So we put 7 dollars in the car to drive it down the freeway. We were supposed to be reimbursed. During the approximate 4 hours we were there i repeatedly asked for my mp3 players. We did not get our mp3 players, and we did not get our money back. We won't visit that place again. I just want all our neighbors to know about red bluff ford.By the way-this was via the U.S. Mail.
