San Diego Local defrauded Stole money for Vespa engine and never returned

I paid eric to build me a new motor motor form scratch for my vespa. He took the money and all I got was excuses. FOR SEVEN MONTHS he avoided me. The BBB is a joke, they let him off without even returning my money. Don't ever buy from him it will only encourage him to screw others.

Never got all the money back. From what I heard it ($) went up his nose.
