I was a victim of eric dutra of san diego scooter. First of all, he is not a professional mechanic and doesn't have a real shop rather it is from his house. He doesn't have any legitimate paperwork, guarantees, and isn't regulated by the bureau of automotive repair, so there is no recourse if anything happens like in my case.

I dropped of my scooter and had to threaten him with a lawsuit to get it back. This person is full of excuses, lies and broken promises. I was overcharged and the work was done half ass. I wish i had done some research before i used this guy because it would've saved from getting ripped off and all the stress he caused.
