Jiffy Lube
Service Center # 1821 Employees are thieves

I visited a jiffy lube, to get an oil change, my sons PSP lay in the back seat, when I picked him up at school an hour or so later he could not locate it, the Jiffy Lube "techs" were the only people who had access to my vehicle.
I contacted the franchise headquarters, they had one of the thieves call my home to let me know they "couldnt find it"... WTF! I hope the thief loses a hand or at least a finger on his next oil change.
One more customer lost.
