Not returning my calls

I totaled an automobile in July and am caught spending the rest of the funds since my insurance did not protect everything... I do want to have the ability to spend it down and also have been calling to discover the rest of the benefit sum so I will achieve this, but nobody returns my calls. Do not they need my cash? Or are they likely to earn more income from me by making me within the dirt and never spending it? I don't understand.
