Ripoff deceptive company

Warranty Usa was to reimburse me the sum of 400.00. I paid for a car warranty that I did not recieve, so they were suppose to send the money back to my checking account it has been a full year and no money.

I have no idea if they have went out of buisness. The phone number is no longer good. I have sent several letters to the address-and no response. If anyone could help that would be great.
