Sold leather and 5 year warranty, but not leather and full 5yrs warranty void - leather sofa, chair and love seat

I have bought a sofa, chair and a love seat 2years ago from the Brick and it was sold to be genuine leather, after 2 years I have noticed the sitting area of the sofa is peeling off and it shows clearly that it is not leather at all! After calling the warranty department, the service person came and took pictures, did not hear from service for long time so i called and they told me that this is not leather and warranty for leather will not apply to this,! I had paid $1500 with $150 for full warranty, been back to brick store and they sugest i buy another for at cost price. This is not trues sales manship as my invoice reads leather with full 5 yrs blanket warranty this is not good for Brick, help me out should i seek legal advice as customer service warranty have denied claim as this is not leather why did they sell me leather and warranty that has no meaning even writtren on my invoice nter the review, complaint or question here and add detail so the Business can improve and reply to you through MeasuredUp.
