Ultimate Warranty/Mepco LEECHES... Suck all your money out of you and don't follow thru on their part. Rocky River ohio

I too am interested in any class action suit. I was paying Mepco monthly for my extended warranty for a year. Then I needed to use it (Oct). I did everything by the book that I was suppose to. The dealership is where I had to take it for the repairs, and they couldn't even get thru. I finally did, and the dealership was given authorization and was told they would be paid by credit card. When the repairs were finished, there was no response from Warranty company on payment.

When I did finally get thru that time, they stated they are not paying anything by credit card and never said that they would. I was then told that the company was taken over by South Carolina and I would have to wait for the state to release the money, send a check to the dealership, and then I could get my car. But they were recommending reimbursement to me, for me to pay it just to get my car back. It took me until Feb to get up the money to pay the dealer, so I could get my car back. During that time I cancelled the rest of the warranty. I am still waiting for them to pay the dealer and the dealer to reimburse me. (Luckily I have a repore with them now). I am interested in any kind of action against Ultimate Warranty, Mepco, National Warranty, and/or Capital Assurance. I have contacted the BBB and the State of Ohio Office of Attorney General. The Attn. Gen. Stated it would take some time to review and that was the end of Nov.
