Alamo Automatic Transmission
Left my vehicle open for theft and refused to pay for damages

I took MY vehicle to this business to be reapired and instead they did more damage to my vehicle and left it open for theft. The owner refused to pay for any damages to my car so I took him to small claims court and lossed. I was told it was not the owners responsibility to care for my car while it was in repair which was the most obsurd statment I have ever heard in my life and due to the fact that the owner and the Judge has the same ethnic background I knew i wasn't going to get anywhere with resolving this matter.

Now I am out of $1,289.00 in damages I have had to pay out of my pocket and the owner of the business got off without having to pay for anything.

I thought I would bring this to your attention because there are alot of underhanded things that goes on in this little town that no one hears about and alot of thing that people get away with because of who they know, in my case the business owner and the Judge. If I can get any help on this matter it will be much appriciated.
