Hit my car and will not pay for the repairs

A driver for Williams Bus Tours side swiped my car. The driver pulled over and said that he had a bus load of passengers that he had to get to a Embassy. He gave me the telephone number to the owner and then ran back ont his bus— leaving the scene of the accident.

My husband and I called the owner James and his wife Muriel to make an appointment to meet and talk with them about the damages to our vehicle...

When we met with the owner, he asked us to get an estimate for the damages to the vehicle.

Before leaving, we got the owner to sign a letter of fault stating that he would at least pay for half.

We got the estimate. Damages to the car totaled $1,400.00.

We took the estimate to the owner and he said, "I'm not paying for shit!".

He then threw us out of his trailer and then off of his lot.

I want them to fix my car!
