Owes me over $4,000 in damages to my vehicle that was hit by employee while driving customer's car!

On May 28th I was involved with an employee in an accident in the parking lot of Purrfect Auto Service on their E. Craig Rd. Location. The employee flew in reverse and caused over $4,000 in damages to my vehicle. The manager stated that the employee's insurance policy was to be contacted for the repairs, and not the business' policy (Lie Number One)

I contacted the employee's insurance carrier and of course my claim was denied due to the fact that the employee was driving a "customer's" vehicle. I then contacted the manager 3 times trying to contact the owner about paying for repairs-and of course I got the brush off. I finally had no choice but to send a demand letter for the cost of repairs. I got a response from and "assistant" to the owner stating he would meet me at the location (Lie Number Two) and no shocker, something "suddenly" came up and he never showed. I was then contacted by another "representative" and said he would have someone come to my house to assess repairs and he was "clean". The guy shows up, no business, no business card, no business license telling me he will repair it out of his house. He called Pick-a-Part looking for a bumper and stated that they didn't have that much money to repair my vehicle. I don't think so. My husband also saw a Southwest Salvage truck dropping off used parts to the shop. And for the customer's vehicle involved in the accident-it practically had no damage and I highly doubt they ever told them.

I filed a small claims case and the only information I could find on an owner or anything was a president of Christopher Brown, I had the Constable serve the papers, and surprise-that person doesn't even exist (Lie Number Three), even though it is on the BBB website as him being the president. No one at Purrfect Auto will tell me who the owner is, apparently he is untouchable, sort of a God complex to me. All I want is my car fixed by a licensed body shop and the charges for that and my rental car taken care of.

Don't ever take your car to Purrfect Auto. They are a bunch of shady rip-off artists and should all be completely shut down. They were shut down in 2007 and somehow, someway they got their license back. These people take advantage of people and it needs to stop for good!
