Rip off, deceiptful, horrible customer service, damaged vehicle-refused to pay

Viper Towing showed up to tow my vehicle. They sent out a young man who really didn't know what he was doing.in the process of loading/unloading the vehicle he put a hole in my back bumper. He admitted to the incident and apoligized for the damages. I made several attempts to contact the owner, Vitul Rathod and he refused to return any of my phone calls. As a matter of fact, most of the times I called... It sounded like I woke someone up and the person on the other line kept making up excuses for the owner not being able to talk to me! Very poor way to run a business and extremely poor customer service. After I finally got the information who their insurance provider was, the tow truck driver changed his story and denied the incident. Now, Vipers insurance company, Progressive is refusing to cover the damages for their client stating, "its your word against his". They should own up to their responsiblity and do what is right! But. They are money grubbing idiots who have zero respect for their customers. They shouldn't be in business! If anyone is EVER thinking about using this company, think twice! Do not do business with them at any time!!
