Poor customer service, false promises, don't recommend

I bought a aftermarket transmission from ATS (150,000 mile warranty) a year ago. From the beginning it did not function correctly. I made numerous calls and emails to ATS diesel, finally after 10 months they honored the warranty repairs. They vowed to pay for $390 of labor for a local transmission shop to remove and replace the transmission. I had to pay out of my own saving account for the labor and fluids for the transmission enable to get my truck back.

Two weeks afterwards I called and asked where my reimbursment money was, two times they told me they would call me back with the answer and never did. So over 1 month later I am still expecting $390 from ATS.in my opinion, their employees should be required to attend a few customer service seminars. Please don't give ATS your business, they will not take care of you until it becomes a hassel to them.
