Tired of gettin ripped off

Its simple! I bought a transmission from what ever it takes store and had it put in by a transmission person and it was suppose to have a year warranty on it, well the trans only lasted three months and now they don't want to replace it saying that there was no fluids in the transmission and that why it went out... Which that is a lie! Because if that was the case i would of never made it to Florida or Canada if there was a leak like what ever it takes store said! S&s transmission store took it out and sent it to them and said that there was fluids in it and there was no leaks! Also roger the transmission guy that put it in said there was fluids and no leaks! Now if there was leaks, would i have not seen it on my driveway and called the transmission guy right away and say hey! My transmission is leaking, you need to take a look at it! But there was no leak that's why i had no fluids in my driveway! These people are rip offs and im getting a attorney to get my money or a new transmission back
