I ordered a Westin bull bar and other addons for my pickup on thursday 04/03. I recieved the order monday 04/07 by fedex. (if fedex would have knock it would have been refused) the order was short one item and the box the bull bar was in was broken open and all the nuts bols ect was gone. I contaced them and was told some one would get back to me and was also told the short item was backorderd. I have contacted them 4 times since then and still cant get a sales recipt and the last time i called was told i have 107 people on hold to order and was hing up on. Also it was the first time i have ever ben charged for a item on backordwed. After a week of fusteration i am not going to play there game.
I will try to contact my creit card co and kick it back. Am i glad i did not use a debit card.
