Order Rec'd Is Short 1 Item

I just received my order. However, I was an item short. I ordered 3 of Item No. 76430223203, SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Shea Butter Soap, and the shipping order indicated that you shipped 3 but there were only 2 in the shipment. There is no indication of anything being on back order. How will this be corrected? When will I receive my other bar of soap?
