Item stated IN STOCK when order was placed. Called 3 times in 3 weeks, was lied to each time. Told item had shipped, told they would email tracking #. Called again a week later, was told item would ship that day. Last call was finally told item was BACK ORDERED - no one bothered to let me know. Charged credit card on day of order. It's been 3 weeks, they won't issue refund.
