Trie Plus Told me what was wrong but fixed wrong problem

I went into Tires Plus about 6 months ago to get new brake because I heard some rubbing. The tech told me that it wasn't my brakes but my ball joints causing the rubbing noise which was causing alot of tire wear. He said I should get the joints done and come back later for brakes.

They gave me a price of about $520.00 for two new ball joints plus labor.

So I come back today (cuz I just got the money to fix it) and the price went up to $630.00, which is cool, I guess? So they fix my ball joints but I still have the same problem. So I take my car back and tell them that I still hear the rubbing.

So the "new tech" tells me that my ball joints did need to be fixed but that was not causing the "rubbing noise". But it was indeed my ball bearing on the drive front tire.

So I talked to the manager and he basicly told me that they fixed what I asked them to fix. I said that was cool, but I only asked them to fix what they said was the problem. And that I wanted them to fix the rubbing noise, because I thought that the ball joints was wearing out my tires.

After so debating they said that they would only charge me the price of a new ball bearing and no labor to fix the problem.

Any advise on what I should do. I feel like I got played out of $630.00 that should have went to fixing the problem I wanted fixed. Now I need an extra $220.00 to fix what should have been fixed in the first place.
