Over 5 weeks and i still don't have my car back

On February 19th i put my car in the shop for relatively minor damage. It is now march 29th and they still aren't finished with the repair. I have had to resort to visiting their collision center daily to get them to order the parts necessary and work on the vehicle.

They keep adding to the parts necessary for the repair, but i wonder why they weren't aware of all the damage after a couple of weeks in the shop.

At this point, the driver's side mirror is still broken, and the windsheild is missing. They are waiting for delivery of some windsheild trim, and replacement mirror. They still have to install those parts, and the windsheild. All that has to be done before buffing out a flawed repaint of the car.
