Broken Parts & Damaged my Ca

I would like to complain about Superior Collision Center Cincinnati. My car has left bumper damaged when I dropped my car. Prior to bring this car to this place, I had left front head light was broke. They fixed my front bumper and I took the car after one week when I open the hood, there was more damage than before. They scratched and broke other parts of my car and blamed it on me saying that they were already there.

I am not stupid that there was a prior damage but nothing about to fall off under my hood now everyhting on left side unattached and moving apart. It was worse than before. I understand that there was a prior damage but it was not bad this much. At least my parts were stationary. I would like to report this center to let you know about this problem. Thank you.
