Horrible work, missing parts, stolen personal iteams

Having my car repaired at post oak collision center has been one of the worst things i have done in my life. I have never before felt such regret for anything until now. Post oak collision center first off took for ever to start working on my car, did not replace all the parts needed, i had to call multiple times for parts which they told me they had already ordered but in fact were not, they also went through my glove box and center console which they had no business being in, they were very unprofessional (cursing at my lawyer that was taking care of my case), and now i have come to find out that my car leaks water in the trunk from there poor quality of work. I refuse to take my car back to post oak collision center because i will never let them put another finger on my car! They have not even called me for a few small parts they were suppose to order me and also the tools that were stolen from my car and its been about 4 months since my car was returned to me. I am just so fed up with them i did not keep calling on the status of my parts. I do not want to deal with them no longer. I will just cough up my hard earned money (being that i am a full time college student) and buy the parts myself and get my trunk repaired properly by a good body shop.
