LM&M, Manvel Hernandez, LM & M, Cisco, Enrique, Horrible carrier, liars, irresponsible. Picked up a beautiful car in FL and delivered it in a horrible condition in CA

Please be aware of those bunch of crooks. We have used their services to deliver the car to one of our customers from Florida to California.

They have committed to deliver the car within 7 days. Customer has called Cisco (the driver who was supposed to deliver the car) 3 days after pickup and he claimed that he gave the car to another driver and that he doesn't know where it is.

Both the customer and us have tried to call the offices, driver and owners many times. On most cases they did not pick up the phone. On the few cases that they did, they kept giving us different answers as to where the car is and when it will be delivered.

To make a long story short, car was delivered 3 weeks after picked by a stranger who drove the car more than 80 miles to the customer house. Car came dirty, with grease stains all over the place, back seat dismantled, roof stained, spare tire out and many more damages. This company should not be allowed to do business and if I were you, I wouldn't even consider using their services.

We deliver many cars to our remote customer and this is the first time that we see this kind of behavior. We will do our best to make sure this company will go out of business.
