Ordered a jump house to be delivered on April 29th at 2:30pm. At 12:45 I had missed several calls on my cell phone. I redialed the number and discovered it to be a Bay Area Jump driver, who was delivering the jump house. He informed me that he had repeatedly tried between the hours of 9AM and 11:30 AM to deliver the jump house, but that no one was at home. I informed him that this was precisely why I had set up the delivery time to be 2:30 pm and NOT 11:30 in the morning. This driver NEVER left a voicemail either detailing this apparent problem had risen that prevented them from delivering the equipment at the scheduled time. The driver informed me that this was the more convenient time for him to set the jump house up and that he would not be able to come at 2:30. Naturally I was upset.

I hung up with him and called the main office at Bay Area Jump (1pm 4/29). A young man answered and refused to tell me his name. I briefed him of the problem, and I was very upset. He in turn was very unprofessional and yelled at me in return. He told me (and I quote), "We do not give jump houses to bxxxxxs. I'll just mark it down that you received it and I WON'T have the jump house delivered." He threatened me multiple times to not even have the jump house delivered. I was very upset. I tried to just get him to resolve the issue and just confirm that I did request the jump house from 2:30 to 8pm. This gentleman refused to even talk to me on the phone at this point and said I would not be getting my jump house. I hung up the phone and began to repeatedly call the driver. The driver was able to confirm that indeed he would deliver the jump house by 2:30.

I did end up getting the jump house—however it was in horrible shape and was not properly set up.

A customer should NEVER be threatened to not receive a service that they already paid for. At this point my credit card had already be run and I was being told that I would not get a refund and I would have NO jumpy house. I was never apologized to for the inconvenience and the poor treatment I received.in fact, the owner of the company does not believe any wrong doing was comitted. I will never do business with this company again.
