Misrepresenting Sales for exotic used cars - Car broke down 2 hours after purchase

Dealer misrepresented the car for sale. Dealer indicated one owner when in fact there were 5. Dealer indicated car had all records and books from car service... It had none. Dealer indicated full service was just performed

After picking up car two hours after driving the clutch burnt out i had brought back same day as purchased asking for refund... Dealer stated they are not homedepot.

Dealer wanted to charge $1500 for a new clutch.

Brought to mechanic and horn was broken and allignment was off.,

This was over $50k used car... Buyer beware! Always get a PPI
