Rude manager cursing loudly in store in front of my kids

I was at the AutoZone store in Grayson, GA, and there were two guys in there, one of them a tall white man, the other one was a darker man who I think was named Raymond. I usually shop at advance but i wanted to give the new autozone a try.

I had my daughters aged 10 and 7 and my son age 6 in the store and i heard the guy called raymond screaming about how someone can "suck a dead dog d*k" and "ill shoot that motherf*ker through the head" right in front of my kids. I was very offended by this.

The tall white man checked me out and was very nice and courteous but i will not shop at autozone, specifically this particular one, again because of this guy yelling these things in the store in front of kids.

I also asked him for help with the light bulb and he was yelling at the white man who was not wearing a name tag so i can not identify him, and he also gave me the wrong light bulb but he tried arguing with me to tell me it is the right one.

Why is this man a manager or even working retail?
