I work for Autozone and they are asking us to scam the customer or we will get a write up. Ripoff

I work for Autozone and they are asking us to scam the costumer with lubricant for any purphase like for the Brake Pads, belt, bulb, battery terminal grease they are trying to force us to sell it to the costumer and put the pruduct in their bag or box and charge them with out the costumer knowing. Or if we dont do it we will get writen up.
