Cursing and yelling for manage

I was visiting your store on a thurday morning with my young daughter and a big black ladies was screaming and yelling at some one in the back cursing something awful. When i ask another manager a young white ladies who she was she stated that she was the store manager and went on to said she does that all the time i cancelled my order and left. I know you all was getting pretty back off because of the all the kids you hired to run your store but the kind of lanuage is very unprofessional in any business since i am a business woman myself. You need to get people who care about others to run your business and people might feel comfort coming in with there children and eat.
