AutoZone's Duralast: Brake failure causes auto accident with serious injuries

I was involved in a auto accident in December 13. I had replaced my Duralast Brakes twice because these brakes never worked properly during braking at stop lights. At the accident the brakes would not bit hard enough to activate the anti-lock system. They completely failed and i rear ended the car in front of me. I have suffered a broken back and i am schedule for surgery soon. I have researched and have found many complaints on discussion boards describing AutoZone Duralast brake problems.
