Wheel flies off on busy street after brake work done

I took my car to econo lube to have the brakes worked on after they began to make noise. The company told me i needed brake work and since i was short on the entire amount had them work only on the frount brakes... About 1 week to 10 days after the work was done i was driving down a busy street. State street at about 35-40 miles an hr with my 11 yr old son and the drivers side tire flew off my car into on comming traffic barly missing other vechiles as we slid uncontrolably to the side of the road. I called a friend he came to help and as we located the missing tire all the lug nuts but one were inside the wheel, as he inspected the car he noticed that it appeared that only 1 lug nut had been either relaced or tighted due to the way it was stripped. The tow truck driver and my mechanic also noted that the only way that tire and wheel came off was that the people who relaced it did not secure the lug nuts when they replaced the tire after the brake work.

I called the cooperate office of econolube and talked to a customer service rep who explained that i could not prove what had happened was thier fault but conseeded that they would pay for half of the damages to my car. I never recieved such payment and apon calling him several times my messages were never returned...

I am not the only person who has had problems with this econo lube and yet each complaint or issue is never resolved. This store has changed manager hand several times and when i had gone in to talk with the manager post this accident he informed me none of the employees were still there. They had all been replaced due to complaints from customers.
