Ripoff its is more important to drink, smoke and chase women than repair customers cars

On 2/20/04, I took my car to have my brakes inspected at just brakes home of the 4-wheel friction reline. I had driven my caro for over a 1 1/2 years and it was time. I told the guys what the problems were that my mechanic had told me. I had been shown these problems already. After the boys got together they came back out and told me that it would be over $1000 to repair my brakes.

I then told them to show me what they had found. There was no problem with my rear brakes. I needed new rotors, pads, calipers. I told them thanks for the inspection and price. They kept changing the prices because I let them know that I would take my care backto my mechanic that I trusted.

They had already started to work on my car, all the time drinking, smoking and talking on their phones and to the women that came by. After I got the service done, I took my car to my mechanic for unrelated issues. I parked my car for 2 months.in June I started driving it again. I took it to get new tires because I thought that my tires were bad. My care was pulsating and squeaking even more than it was before I got the brakes repaired. I paid for the repairs.

The mechanics at the tire care center told me that I needed to have my brakes repaired. I told them that the work had been done in Feb. Three different mechanics at the center told me that my brake fluid had not been changed and that it was not a problem with the tires. I got new tires and an alignment to factor specifications.

I finally got fed up when I smelled my brakes burning as I drove down the street. I told my mechanic and stopped at the shop where the work was done. They pulled the tires off to inspect the brakes. One tech told me that it appeared that I was in an accident and that my brakes had not been done, another said that I drove my car too much, another said that I let too many people drive my car. Then I told them that their sorry coworkers had supposedly performed the work on my car.

My brake system looked worse now than it did when I first had Just Brakes to repair them. Now Just Brakes wants me to pay them $900 to correct the problem. I called the Corporate boss and he told me to take it to another store and have it inspected.
That is where we come up with the @900.00 to repair my car.

I refuse to pay this amount of money for the problem that Just Brakes caused. My car has not been in an accident nor does anyone else drive it, which is none of their business if that happened. Had the techs at the store be attending to their jobs in the first place, then customer service would have been better and more than likely, this problem would not exist.

This is the second car that Just Brakes has worked on for me and it proved disasterous. They didn't fully tighten the lugs on my other car and the tire fell off my car as I pulled into traffic one afternoon.
