Just Brakes
Charged way too much, broke my car!

I took my 2000 Mustang GT to Just Brakes to get my brake pads replaced in the front and the back. Over the phone they said $99.99 to get it done. I bring the car in and they give me an estimate of $650 or something like that. I said no way and told them to just change the brake pads.

The manager then told me it is impossible to put in the brake pads in the rear because the calipers are too close and the new ones wont fit so they have to fix the caliper. So I believed him and that was like $350 to get it all fixed. I said ok.

When i came to pick up my car it had dirty oil stains all over it. My car's color is yellow so it was showing everywhere. I leave and when i get to 50mph my stearing wheel starts shaking, when i brake it shakes even more. So i come back and explain. First the tight the lugs nuts again thinking maybe they were loose but they were ok. Then they just say well we dont know why it's doing that so we can't do anything about it.

I told them that on monday i will go get my wheels balanced to make sure if that is the problem. Later on i discover my front passanger brake squeeking like crazy when i slow down. Couple hours later my exhaust starts leaking. My car is lowered so i'm sure they might of had a problem putting it on the lift right so i think they might of bend something and not its leaking. I call back and the guy was rude and told me he can't do anything. I would never recommend that place to anyone.
