Fraudulent used car selling tactics

Fraudulent sales tactics and refusal to acknowledge the 3 day sales contract laws in effect in the State of Florida.

Willful misrepresentation in the sale of a vehicle that had major collision damage to a young family - basic "chop shop" cut & paste type vehicle repairs with absolutely no admission of repairs, in fact complete denial of any damage whatsoever, to the young adults.

Refusal to rectify the sale once confronted with the hidden damages, until AmEx contacted them to advise they had received notification from the parent that the car had been sold under blatant misrepresentation and fraud. Only after AmEx and the entire family got involved with the local police department did Ferco then decide to take the vehicle back in trade on another vehicle.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - OBVIOUS chop/shop vehicles with willful misrepresentation of damages to potential buyers. Questionable ethics and illegitimate business practices.
