I sent Brian Dudley a large sum of money in early for an ebay item. Brian Dudley never sent my product and has been de-listed from ebay. I have only received a partial refund from PayPal (25%) and am still out a large amount of money which Brian Dudley has taken from me! Brian Dudley and his wife Melissa Dudley were both communicating with me, and both said they would return the money, but have not. They BOTH have been lying to me for over 8 months! The PayPal credit department is currently looking for him to recover some of the monies they have paid out for him. He has been referred to a Collection Agency by PayPal.
