In Feb. my wife ordered custom fender skirts for my 1959 VW Beetle as a birthday gift for me. After several conversations w / Darren Dudley, (owner) she was assured that the skirts would fit our car. She sent him a money order for $ 280.99 and finally received the parts in June.
She was so excited that they arrived, that she gave them to me a month early so I could make sure they fit, and get them installed in time for my birthday in July. They did not fit, and were on a UPS truck on the way back to CA. The next day.
That was in June, and here it is Oct. And still no refund. Darren has repeatedly lied about having a check in the mail. I have read several similar stories about this thief on Google.com and TheSamba.com
Our biggest concern is not just about the robbery, but the fact that this felon is still in business.
