Altered Atmosphere will not give me my last paycheck

I was employed at Altered Atmosphere and was fired. I contacted Mike about getting my final paycheck and he said he would not give it to me and if I pursued getting it any further he would sue me! After many attemps were made to get the paycheck Mike fially sent me a check for $. 01 and then deducted that penny so I got a check for nothing which is a insult. Mike has done this to many other past employee's. I will not even get into what he has done to customers.
