YMS AMS A telemarketer for Your Magazine Source calling himself Mike Fisher 1-877-536- 3167, defrauded my bank account. I have contacted the company and they are returning my money

Dear Kristin,

This letter is in response to your request to put into writing the incident that happened with one of your agents Mike Fisher, ID 3848, at least that is the information he gave me.

I received a call from Mike Fisher on 04/24. He told me I was to receive a $100 gift card for appreciation from advertisers. I asked if this was a for real? He said yes and stated the only thing I had to do was send $4. For processing purposes. I asked if this was a participation gimmick? He said no, but was enclosing some advertizing from different businesses. I said I didnt want to have anything added to my credit card but the $4. He said there would not be any charges over the $4 for processing.

I couldnt believe it so I asked again and again if this was real and I was getting a gift card for $100. I kept stating that I did not want anything more put on my card. He swore there would not be anything added, and for my protection he was recording our conversation.

When I called your office and talked with Michelle I was told I could listen to the recording. I said it could be altered. Michelle told me it could not be altered and allowed me to listen to what was recorded. Most of the recording was blank, for Mike and I went back and forth about it for quite a while after he said he was recording me. I was emphatic about not being charged for anything because I was not going to buy anything. The tape had been altered and out of context from what I heard playing.

I hope this Mike Fisher is let go for his dishonest manner of doing business. I thank you for reimbursing my bank account. I have had that card destroyed and had my bank give me a new one because of this.
