Stay away from these people! Wfs/wachovia is a crooked company

I had a auto loan with these people for 30,419.00. The car was hit head on and totaled by a 16 year old. She got the ticket, and her insurance paid of the car. I also had Gap insurance, which covers anything over and above the value of the car.

The adjuster went to the junk yard where the car was towed, and did his apprasiel. Not knowing the car had a anti theft system, and a expensive mach stereo system in it, the adjuster under appraised the car.By the time the mistake was discovered all insurance had settled up. The pay off had even been reported to, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX, and TRANSUNION, as paid in full, never late, debt is satisfied.

When the mistake was discovered, these jerks, some how reopened the paid off account, used the same account number, and rereported the $1,665.00 deliquent. Only by now, the interest, and collection fees made it $5,418.00. Does this sound like a company you want to deal with?
