Ripping Offr Soldiers after Pmt in full is done

My name is SSG Joseph *. I am a soldier currently deployed in Iraq since 2006. I dont know where else to go but i want to report a company named AmeriCredit out of Texas. Ever since my deployment this company have been charging me finance charges when my pmts are on time. They claim that my pmts are always late which is NOT true. I have paid an Auto loan 100% in full (60 Mos) now after 3 extra pmts they still billing us for finance charges. They are not doing the right thing to our soldiers here. I contacted them and they refused to abide by the soldiers and sailors act back before I deployed. They said that company does not accept that act. I have soldiers here that have had the same problem. How can they be charging extra when the pmts are on time and in several occasions I sent pmts well ahead of tie and they were applied after the due date in order to charge finance charges. I believe this company needs to be audited by the Federal Government. I dont think they are doing thee right thing here. How if you pay in full they claim you have not and they send letters threatening action to our families while we are deployed. I have tried to contact the CEO of that company and they will Not answer me back. They are always avoiding me and without an explanation. That is not the way to treat us soldiers deployed serving their country while people like this company make a profit out of it, can someone direct me to the right way of getting something done here. I have written to the BBB and my congressman and this company will NOT cooperate. What is my solution? I am not going to keep paying for years to come for a loan that has been paid in full. Please can you help me out a here. They will not take pmts on line and they will not send me a history of the loan. They have been doing this to everybody especially the Military personel. Do NOT Use Americredit. This is a sorry Company and all they Do is ripoff people. I will definetly seek legal action against them for fraud!!!
