Unsatisfactory Road Bike Repair - Cannondale Road Bike

My Cannondale road bike brought to Hill Top Cycle for new tires, tubes and handlebar tape.
After repaired, the bike had incorrect width tires installed and owner essentially said "take it or leave it" and I'll put your old your tires back on. I would warn any new customers to consider doing business elsewhere.
