Tricked and lied to us fraudulent ripoff business

Trying to find the representative co. To file a claim on a policy purchased. Can't find the company.

I purchased an automobile warranty policy nearly one year ago and have been making monthly payments via credit card. This week I have been trying to find the company to make a claim.

None of the telephone numbers given to contact the company are working nor is there any web address in which to contact the company. I've even had a service advisor at my car repair site working on finding Warranty USA to no avail.
